Volenza Tech was founded on one observation: Indian industry deserved an engineering partner that understood not just motor technology, but the specific pressures that Indian operations face — sustained high-ambient temperatures, fluctuating grid voltages, remote sites with limited service infrastructure, and procurement cycles that reward long-term value over short-term price.
We set out to build that company — one that brings engineering rigour to specification, accountability to service, and a genuine commitment to the uptime of every machine we touch.
